Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting,
Public Policy, Science/ Engineering or related.
Working Experience
Added advantage: Familiarity with ROC/ SSM registration processes and committee governance.
Job Descriptions

NAMC Registration & Governance (ROC/ SSM Malaysia)
- Lead the preparation, consolidation, and submission of required registration documents for NAMC with ROC/ SSM Malaysia (e.g., constitution/ charter, forms, supporting documents).
- Coordinate with consortium members for signatures, office bearer details, and required supporting evidence.
- Track registration progress and provide status updates to MIGHT/ NAMC leadership.
- Establish a NAMC Compliance Calendar for statutory filings and governance requirements post-registration (e.g., annual returns, changes of office bearers).

Secretariat & Meeting Management (AGM, Steering, MIGs/ Working Groups)
- Plan and coordinate NAMC meetings including AGM, Steering Committee meetings, MIGs/ working groups, and special sessions as required.
- Prepare meeting packs: notices, invitations, agendas, briefing notes, and resolution papers.
- Manage meeting logistics (venue/ virtual platform, attendance registration, quorum checks where applicable).
- Draft, circulate, and finalise minutes; maintain decision logs, action registers, and follow-up trackers.
- Maintain a secure, well-organised document repository (governance documents, minutes, membership records, resolutions, and correspondence).

Administrative & Financial Coordination (to sustain NAMC operations)
- Support administrative workflows for NAMC operations including correspondence, filing, documentation control, and record management.
- Coordinate with MTN/ MIGHT finance/ admin teams on basic tracking of NAMC-related administrative spending, payments, and supporting documentation (as applicable).
- Support audit readiness by ensuring records are complete, traceable, and retrievable.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
- Act as Secretariat liaison between MIGHT/ NAMC and external stakeholders (government, industry, academia, associations).
- Maintain stakeholder contact lists and engagement records; ensure consistent communications and follow-ups.
- Support events and outreach activities related to NAMC including briefings, workshops, exhibitions and formal engagements.
- Prepare stakeholder brief notes, talking points, and programme updates as required.

Research, Reporting & Strategic Support
- Conduct targeted research and benchmarking to support NAMC priorities (e.g., ecosystem mapping, policy scanning, stakeholder profiling).
- Support preparation of periodic reports, presentations, and secretariat updates for internal governance and senior leadership briefings.
- Assist in drafting strategic papers/ publications and programme documentation, where required.
- Any other task assigned by the Superior in the interest of MIGHT.
