Malaysia is entering a pivotal decade shaped by rapid technological change, climate pressures, social transformation and geopolitical uncertainty, demanding greater anticipation in national planning. As uncertainty grows, women’s perspectives will become increasingly important in building a more resilient, adaptable and inclusive Malaysia. Women across Malaysia already contribute significantly to education, the workforce, innovation and community development. Their insights and leadership must be embedded within national foresight and policymaking processes to strengthen national competitiveness, social cohesion and long-term progress.
