DESCRIPTION:LIA Malaysia 2018 is an intensive 16-week programme of practical skills and expert mentoring aimed at empowering individuals and teams from early-stage innovation projects or businesses to develop their commercial models\, validate their target markets\, raise investment and enter and expand their product reach in the global market place. \nJoin us in Kuala Lumpur this summer where the LIA Malaysian community will be forged\, bringing together the best and brightest Malaysian entrepreneurs in one place\, to build\, explore\, learn and collaborate – supported by expert international mentors and innovative workshop events designed to accelerate your project or business and achieve your goals. \n\nWho should apply?\n\n\nThe accelerator programme is aimed at Malaysian innovators and technology entrepreneurs with early-stage innovations or newly-formed technology-based businesses that have high-growth global-market potential. \nParticipants should be based in Malaysia\, and applications are open to researchers\, academics\, independent technology entrepreneurs and early-stage technology start-ups and spin-outs. Applicants should be passionate about transforming their idea into an investment ready opportunity\, and be willing and able to commit half a day per week for 16 weeks to the programme. Mentors will be working with you remotely from the UK.
